Just 39 km (25 miles) from the city Thessaloniki on the Thessaloniki-Serres motorway, in a village called Lefkochori, sited in altitude of 650 m., you can find the “ Zioga” Ranch.
The “picture” that the visitor gets as soon as he reaches the ranch, which unfolds in extent of 40 acres, reflects a clear sample of rural life, focusing at animals and particularly horses. Apostolos, Fotini, Christos and Babis, will welcome you, in order to introduce you to the horses and teach you how to ride them on the hills surrounding the ranch.
   

In the farm, apart from the horses and the owners, you will be welcomed by “Bouba” (wild boar) who strongly believes that she is a horse and “Charoula” (the goose) that, with all fairness, is considered the wild guardian of the property
     

Visiting the “Zioga” Ranch is an original idea for those who love adventure, nature, horses and want to escape from the everyday routine.
It should be mentioned that the “Zioga” Ranch is not place of mass tourism, but a space where each visitor and each horse are well respected for their personality.
     

The ranch is opened since 1996, giving the opportunity to all visitors to get in touch with and love horses, do horse riding and even own one of those proud animals
