Horse… a reasonable and voiceless being, so intelligent that the only thing it is missing is speech...



Centaurs… Such perfect riders, that became one with their horses both physically and intellectually. Centaurs that came from the Olympic Gods had a unique place in Greek mythology. These Centaurs such as Cheironas the son of Saturn and nymph Filira and Folos the son of Silinoy and nymph Melia, were advisers and schoolteachers of the people in ancient Greece.



Horses and the Zioga Ranch are synonyms. The first horse, Giochan, was an Arabian stallion. Then many more came such as local, race, horses for hurdle marathon, “arabania” breed, cold-blooded, warm-blooded, tall, short… All horses are good, as long as we treat them with respect. In our ranch you will not find immaculate stables, neither luxury, nor a great respect for the tradition of athletic horse riding. Here we do not keep records on their education and their training so to turn them into champions. We do not talk about the maintenance of their shape and discipline, neither for their obedience on rules for continuous improvement from birth to old age.



If all the above are what you are looking for, then maybe you should try going somewhere else! If however you are looking to discover the real world of horses then you should come to us in order to save yourself from potential harmful surprises (experiences). In Zioga Ranch we have learned to think as horses do, since they can not do the opposite, and we treat them with the best way possible. For this reason and for many others, Dolly, Dora, Kate, Marx and another 25 horses are very happy and you can clearly tell!!!
